Shipping and Delivery with Australia
Noireluxe offers free shipping for all purchases over $20.
Orders will be delivered via Regular Post Australia-wide network.
Upon delivery, a signature is required to accept your purchase so it is recommended that you provide an address where someone is available during business hours. If there is no one available to sign for your purchase, a notification card will be placed in your letter box informing you of the Australia Post outlet where the parcel has been transferred for collection. Please note that there is a maximum hold time for your parcel. After which it will be redelivered back to our warehouse. We will then contact you for redelivery at an additional fee.

International Shipping and Delivery
All international orders will be posted via Australia Post – Registered Post International at a charge of $50 AUD.
Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy
It is important to us that you love your purchase from Noireluxe.com. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your purchased item for an exchange or a monetary refund within 14 days of date of purchase.
How to Return an Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned with all labels and tickets attached. You must return the item within 14 days of your purchase.
Simply email firstname.lastname@example.org to request a refund or exchange. Include the reason for your return, the item being returned and invoice number. For exchanges please specify what item you would like in exchange. A Return Authorisation Number will be assigned to you.
Merchandise that has been worn, used or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. Please ensure that swimwear items are tried on over your own underwear. In the interest of hygiene, we may refuse returned items where we reasonably consider that this has not been done. We do not accept returns on earring or gift vouchers.
